7. The guide plate in the mold is worn, which affects the low casing fitting rate. Replace the new mold or loose the positioning on both sides, tighten the positioning nail, change the capsule or wet, and replace the capsule shell.
Correct maintenance of small semi-automatic capsule machine
(1) When the machine is working for a long time, it is necessary to clean the parts that are in direct contact with the drug regularly. When the batch of drugs is replaced or the deactivation time is long, it should be cleaned up.
(2) The transmission mechanism under the machine work surface should always add a proper amount of grease (fat) to reduce the wear of moving parts.
(3) The main drive reducer should check the oil quantity once a month. When it is insufficient, it should be refueled in time, and the lubricating oil should be replaced once every six months. The rotating position of the turntable working position box should be replaced once every 3000h, generally adopting 90# Motor oil.
(4) The safety clutch is protective when the machine is overloaded. When the load is normal, the clutch should not slip, but it may slip due to long-term use. When the normal use occurs, the clutch can be round nut. Tighten them to ensure that the machine is functioning properly and can be used for protection.
