Mist maintenance using maintenance essentials

With the growth of large-scale, intensive, and efficient agriculture, plant protection equipment has become increasingly essential. To make the most of the 3HH-36 stretcher-type high-efficiency motorized sprayer, it's important to follow these key operational guidelines during use. First, always assemble the machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Check that all components are in the correct position, secure all bolts, ensure the belts and pulleys move smoothly, and confirm that the protective covers are intact. Proper assembly is crucial for safe and effective operation. Next, add the appropriate lubricant to the crankcase as specified on the label, making sure the oil level is correct. After each use, check the oil level and top it up if necessary, following the guidelines for the gasoline engine. When starting the engine, refer to the instruction manual for the proper procedure. Allow the engine to run at low speed for 10–15 minutes. If there is no water or unusual noise, gradually increase the speed to the rated level. Then, press the pressure relief handle and slowly turn the regulator wheel clockwise to build up pressure until the gauge reads the desired working pressure—usually between 2.5 and 3.5 MPa. Secure the nut once the pressure is set. The plunger pump grease cup should be regularly filled with grease. Rotate the cup down 2–3 times every two hours to maintain proper lubrication and prevent wear. After daily operations, continue spraying water for 2–5 minutes under pressure to flush out any remaining liquid from the pump and pipes. This helps prevent corrosion caused by residual chemicals inside the system. At the end of the day, remove the water filter and spray hose, open the water valve, press the pressure relief handle, and loosen the pressure regulator. Turn the engine or pump manually to drain any leftover water. Clean the unit thoroughly and wipe off any dirt. Regularly replace the oil in both the engine and the piston pump crankcase, as instructed in the manual. If the crankcase becomes too dirty, clean it with diesel before adding fresh oil. At the end of the season, when storing the machine for an extended period, completely drain the water from the pump to avoid corrosion and freezing damage. Remove and clean the V-belt, spray gun, hose, mixer, and strainer, then dry them and store them properly. Also, empty the fuel and oil from the gasoline engine to prevent degradation. Never operate the liquid pump without water, as this can damage the V-shaped seal and plunger, especially during startup or relocation. Always ensure the pump is properly primed. Finally, always place the pressure relief handle in the relief position when turning the machine on or off. This helps protect the system and ensures safe operation. By following these steps, you can maximize the performance and lifespan of your 3HH-36 sprayer while maintaining safety and efficiency.
