Troubleshooting:

  3. The drum is running weakly, indicating that the power supply is out of phase or the V-belt is loose. Solution: Quickly turn off the power, check the repair power, and tighten the V-belt.
  4. The brake device is out of order. This condition may be caused by damage to the time relay, damage to the brake solenoid, or severe wear of the brake pads. Replace it promptly.
