To this end, in 2002, we introduced a large Fruit-type Chinese cherry new variety, Chaozaohong, with low temperature and low cooling capacity, from Zaozhuang City Research Institute of Fruit Science, and achieved good results.

They are about 2 to 3 times the size of ordinary Chinese cherry leaves. The required cold temperature is about 1/2 to 2/3 of that of common varieties, which is suitable for the cultivation of the land.
1.2 The fruits of economic traits have a large fruit size, which is 1.5 to 2 times that of ordinary Chinese cherries. It is oblate and spherical and has a single fruit weight of 4.2 g. The pulp is fine and juicy, with moderate sweetness and acidity, and is of superior quality. It matures in late April. However, the skin is thin, and its storage and transportation properties are slightly poor. It is suitable for development in the suburbs of the city or near industrial and mining areas. Contains 21% of soluble solids, extremely high quality. The cultivation in the shed is superior to other Chinese cherry cultivars and is the preferred cultivar for greenhouse cultivation.
