Human fecal urine is added to 10 to 15 kilograms per 50 kilograms of water, and 1.5 to 2 kilograms of water is applied to each mother bamboo, which is resistant to both drought and fertilization. Fourth, interplanting pumpkin, wax gourd and other large leaf crops in the gaps of bamboo forests. 25 kilograms of pig manure was applied to the roots of each melon and the leaves were covered with melon leaves to reduce the evaporation of water. At the same time, melons and leaves could be buried in the forest, increasing humus in the forest. The melons could also increase economic income after harvest. Fifth, cover with nylon cloth. Before the storm, nylon cloth was used to cover the gaps in the bamboo forest, so that rainwater flowed to the bamboo rafts, which prevented evaporation of soil moisture in drought and enhanced the drought resistance of bamboo forests. Using this method, but also to make bamboo shoots 15 to 20 days earlier, bamboo shoots yield more than 200 kg.
