Before starting the machine, it is necessary to consider whether the layout of the seed lifting device, metering, mixing, conveying, stacking, and other necessary supporting facilities are reasonable. The seed coater should keep the fuselage level and securely fastened. Each motor switch should be easy to operate, safe and reliable. Check whether the bearings of each department are filled with grease, whether the balance weight pendulum is flexible and unrestrained, and the tightness of the transmission belt. Then start the coating machine and check for empty running. The idle running time should be greater than 5 minutes. There should be no abnormal sound during operation. (2) liquid adjustment. 1. Completely close the drain valve under the medicine supply tank and inject the liquid medicine to a height of 3/4 barrels. Open the ball valve that enters the liquid pump, close the ball valve that enters the measuring cylinder body, start the liquid pump, wait until the pump works normally, hit the ball valve that enters the measuring cylinder body, close the return valve gradually, make the liquid level in the measuring cylinder body keep constant, The same is true for the two overflow ports. Use the baffle to adjust the height of the liquid level and increase the adjustable baffle properly to reduce the depth of the liquid in the tank, but must not splash the liquid into the container. Close the lid after adjustment. 2, according to the seeds of different crops to determine the proportion of drugs. Normal corn is 1:50 and soybean is 1:80. 3. Determine the feed hopper flow rate. Adjusting the speed of the stirring shaft generally opens the bucket door to the 3/4 of the opening. At this time, the working status is good. Turn on the stirring device and then feed the material. The speed should be reduced. At this point the stirring shaft should be submerged. If the material is lower than the agitator shaft, the rotation speed should be reduced, and vice versa. 4. Select the spoon and determine the position of the standard weight. Choose the right medicine spoon specifications, first proofread the quality of each bucket seed and each spoon of medicine. When the mass of each bucket was tested, the motor did not rotate. Open the conveyor auger chassis, add seeds to the feeding hopper, and then use the packaging bag to connect. When the weight oscillates 4 times, immediately press the rocker and stop the feeding. The average value of the bucket material, such as the difference of more than 0.25kg per bucket, can correct the position of the weight to get the standard value. When testing the quality of each spoon of liquid medicine, start the liquid pump to make the measuring cylinder reach the standard liquid level, and then use the container to access the liquid medicine that enters the atomizer, and then swing the rocker arm by hand 10 times to calculate the average value of the quality of each spoon of medicine. If this value exceeds 1/10 of its mass, adjust the adjustable baffle or change the scoop arm mounting angle to the standard value. According to the proportion of drugs needed, determine the spoon used, and then adjust the weight, so that the quality of each bucket to meet the requirements. Adjust the feed rate so that the coating machine is within the rated productivity. (3) boot production. After the preparatory work is completed, the atomizing motor, the gear motor, and the auger motor are started, and the idling operation is performed for 5 to 10 minutes. Check whether the machine has vibration, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the bearing is hot, and if any abnormal situation should be eliminated. Start the liquid pump and check if there is any leakage in the piping system. If leakage occurs, remove it in time. After the situation is normal, the production operation will be officially carried out. Operation procedure: start the liquid pump motor - adjust the liquid level of the measuring cylinder - start the atomizer motor - Kai gear motor - start conveying auger - into the material. The reverse procedure is the opposite. (4) Carry out maintenance on the whole machine after production. Open the auger bottom cover and clean the remaining seeds. Evacuate the supply tank medicament, close the valve at the bottom of the bucket, fill in fresh water, place the container at the outlet of the auger outlet, and then turn on the liquid pump so that the clear water flows through the medicine spoon and into the delivery pipe to the atomizer and transfer the auger until it is put. After washing off the remaining drug, put the water on the net and dry it with a soft cloth. Drizzle a small amount of oil at the hinges of each valve and grease the bearings at both ends until they overflow the bearing clearance. Close all door covers. (5) Common faults and troubleshooting methods. 1, the motor overload, stop running. The main reasons for overloading the motor include excessive feed volume, low operating voltage, foreign matter in the machine, violation of operating procedures, transmission of auger plugs, and timely delivery of materials at the discharge port. For the above failures, take the appropriate elimination methods, reduce the amount of feed, adjust the voltage, open the bottom cover to remove foreign matter, and clear the blockage. 2, uneven coating. The main reasons for the analysis are incorrect ratio of liquid medicine, too high or too low seed surface, too large seed flow, no machine level, and too much weight difference between the weighing scale. Take measures to eliminate faults, adjust the ratio, adjust the feed opening or CVT, adjust the rack level, and correct the vertical centerline of the weighing hopper and swing arm to the same plane. 3, measuring the liquid level of the cylinder can not reach the standard height. The reason is that the valve or the pipeline is blocked and there is foreign matter in the liquid pump. The removal method is to clear the blockage and foreign matter. 4, low production efficiency. The reason is that the chuck in the continuously variable transmission is worn and the tension of the V-belt is not enough. The troubleshooting method is to repair or replace worn parts and adjust the V band. When using a seed coater, strictly follow the operating procedures. It is forbidden to open the auger bottom cover during operation, and it is strictly prohibited to open the atomization chamber door. During operation, it is forbidden to troubleshoot, and the power supply must be cut off when the machine is shut down or cut off.
