The HZQ-QA and HZQ-QB large-capacity full-temperature culture shakers are advanced horizontal shakers based on the HZQ-A and HZQ-B models. These devices offer a large capacity, capable of holding up to 48 pieces of 250ml triangular flasks or 40 pieces of 500ml flasks in one go. They feature high temperature control accuracy (±0.5°C) using a microcomputer-controlled system, stable speed, and a range of user-friendly features. The stainless steel inner tank is not only durable but also aesthetically pleasing. A digital display for speed control makes operation more convenient, while the glass observation door and built-in lighting improve visibility during experiments. Operation Instructions and Troubleshooting
â—† Operation Instructions:
1.Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, open the lid, place the container in the appropriate fixture, and then close the lid.
2.Turn on the oscillation switch and adjust the speed to the desired level. Since the machine has two independent oscillation systems, both must be turned on separately. They can be used simultaneously or individually.
3.To control the temperature, turn on the temperature control switch and set the desired temperature on the controller. For detailed instructions, refer to the temperature controller manual.
4.Before turning off, reduce the speed to low and ensure all switches are turned off before disconnecting the power supply.
5.The timer is usually set to the ON position (normally open). Adjust it to the desired time if needed. Once the timer ends, the unit will automatically shut off.

1.If the device does not start after turning on the power, check if the power indicator is on. If it is on, make sure all oscillation switches are activated and the speed regulator is working. If the indicator is off, check the fuse and power connection.
2.If temperature control fails, check if the temperature switch is on. Ensure the temperature controller is displaying correctly and the settings are accurate.
3.If the light doesn't turn on, check if the switch is on and the bulb is intact. Replace the bulb if necessary.
