Use rakes with exquisite

1. The rake should be placed or fixed on a solid, level foundation. It must be stable during operation and cannot have large vibrations.
2, before starting the machine to do a comprehensive inspection of the various parts of the machine. Move the rake cutter shaft by hand to see if the rotation is flexible, if there is any crack in the cutter plate, and if the fasteners are loose, find out that the hidden troubles should be promptly eliminated.
3, before the operation, let the rake idling for a while, observe whether the operation is stable, whether there is abnormal noise, confirm the normal operation and then put into operation.
4, feed should be uniform, if the feed shaft too much lead to reduce the speed of the knife shaft, it should stop cleaning.
5, before processing feed, should remove the impurities in the material, prevent iron, stones and other hard materials feeding.
