(2) How to solve the problem of the operation method of the grease block and the troubles that occur when the granulator is refueling?

A: When refueling the granulator, you must first turn off the gas and then move the grease block. *: When moving the grease block, it is inevitable that you will forget to turn off the gas. If it does not move at this time, please do not move it hard. Turn off the gas source before moving. Second; sometimes after the gas is broken, still can not move, then remove the hexagonal bolt in the middle of the grease block, separate the grease block to see two O-rings in the middle, then put the O-ring Good to reload, you can. Third: When the grease block is not facing the oil passage, the grease block is connected because the air pressure is too high, just remove the hexagon socket bolt in the middle of the grease block.

(3) What is the instability of the granulator current?

Answer: (1) improper adjustment of the gap of the pressure roller ring mold; (2) serious wear of the materializing knife and uneven material distribution; (3) excessive coarse powder in the semi-finished product or the return material (the classification sieve has damage phenomenon); 4) The raw materials and the added liquid and steam are not mixed uniformly; (5) the transmission belts are different in tension.

(4) What is the reason for the granulator spindle sway? What should I do?

A: There are several reasons for the spindle sway:

1. The tail of the spindle is not tightened or not tight;

2, 350 and above models of the spindle spline and spline seat with large clearance, 32 and below models of the spindle tail keyway and the drive shaft, drive shaft and safety pin seat keyway clearance;

3. The clearance between the safety pin and the safety pin sleeve, the safety pin sleeve and the safety pin seat hole is large;

4. The spindle bearing flower bar is deformed or the bearing is worn;

5, the ring hole in the ring is too large ≥ 0.30;

6, uneven adjustment of the gap between the two rollers;

Solution:

First check if the spindle is tightened, first remove the rear fueling system, remove the spindle gland, and check if the butterfly spring is deformed. If the butterfly spring is flattened, a new butterfly spring should be replaced (the number of butterfly springs and the assembly position should be the same as before the unassembled). Then tighten the locking screw on the main pressure cover and turn it on to check if the spindle is shaking.

If it is still shaking, remove the main gland, use a copper rod to cushion the main shaft, use a sledgehammer to punch the main shaft toward the ring mold, and then remove the main shaft sealing cover to check whether the main shaft bearing is in good condition. If the clearance is too large, the bearing should be removed to replace the new bearing, and then the spindle should be locked in order. During the process of mounting the spindle, it should be noted that the position of the inner ring of the spindle bearing should be positive before the spindle can be assembled in place. Under normal circumstances, after the assembly is in place, the end faces of the main shaft and the end face of the transmission wheel are different by about 10 mm. If it is checked that the spline fit clearance is large, the keyway fit clearance is large, the safety pin fits the gap, and the inner wall of the ring mold is out of round, the above components must be replaced. After the spindle is installed, the opener checks for sloshing.

After the spindle is normal, the gap between the pressure roller and the die should be properly adjusted. The spacing cannot be adjusted to one side and the other side is small. This may cause the spindle to sway, the discharge is not smooth, and the current is unstable.
