In order to make the installation and commissioning of the instrument go smoothly, and also have more time for on-site training during installation and commissioning of your unit, please prepare as follows before commissioning the instrument. :

Instrument Room —The gas chromatograph laboratory must be separated from the chemical laboratory as much as possible to prevent acid, alkali, and other corrosive gases, vapors, or fumes from eroding the optical and precision mechanical parts of the instrument. The room should be equipped with heating, air conditioning and other equipment to keep the room temperature in the range of 10 ~ 30 °C, the relative humidity of the air should be less than 70%. In areas where the air is humid or rainy, the wet machine should be equipped to keep the room dry.

Indoor power supply system - the laboratory indoor power supply system should have a 220 volt power supply with a wire diameter of not less than 5 square millimeters . The 220 volt incoming line of the instrument host and computer should be connected to the regulated power supply. Ground wire - In order to ensure the stable operation and safe operation of the instrument, the gas chromatograph instrument has a grounding terminal on the casing and the power cable. The indoor ground wire should be connected to a copper plate directly buried two meters deep in the ground. National regulations are so).

Workbench - The workbench for the instrument should be strong and not deformed after bearing. The back of the workbench and the side and the wall should be left with 0.5m space, so that the gas pipeline can be connected from the back of the instrument, the waste liquid bottle can be placed and the maintenance can be easily carried out, and the table top is protected with acid and alkali rubber. The workbench is 1.0 meters wide and 0.7 meters high. The instrument mainframe, computer, printer, and total work bench are 2 meters long.

Exhaust equipment - A small amount of harmful gases may be emitted during the analytical determination of certain components. Therefore, there should be exhaust ventilation equipment in the room, and the air outlet should be installed above the atomizer of the instrument. The installation size can be referred to: about 90 cm from the table top, and the suction port of the exhaust hood is about 35*35 cm.

The amount of exhaust air should be designed to be attached to the air outlet with a piece of paper, which can be gently sucked.

Essential gas (air, nitrogen, hydrogen) - Prepare a cylinder filled with gas and a pressure reducing valve with a gas purity higher than 99.9%. Gas cylinders should be stored separately in separate rooms and installed and prohibited from approaching the fire source.
