First, the preparation of equipment before production:
1. First check whether the air compressor is running normally and whether the oil level of the compressor is inside the control line. Drain the condensate in the compressed air pipe.
2. Check if the water source is smooth and keep the normal pressure of the water.
3 , check, the wet granulator discharge Δ door, whether to close the anastomosis, the limit switch on the discharge port door is in place.
4. After turning on the power and air source, check the discharge piston of the discharge port of the discharge port to close the opening and closing of the material cover. The limit switch of the cover is used to lock the position.
Second, the production operation of the equipment:
1. Turn on the power, air, and water. Rotate the air supply switching valve to the ventilated position, check the gas pressure, keep P gas ≥ 0.5Mpa , and close the water switching valve to prevent water from overflowing. The water source is only used when the machine is cleaned.
2. Close the discharge piston and open the material cover when the door signal light is on. Pour the raw materials, excipients and adhesives to be processed into the pot and close the lid of the material. Operate according to the product's SOP .
3. Adjust the time relay according to the time required for stirring. First turn on the motor of the chopping knife, then turn on the motor that stirs the slurry. The speed of the car should be set to slow down first and then reversed. For pulps with a binder ratio of more than 10% , the speed should be increased after 15 seconds of slowing after the slurry is added to prevent the motor from being overloaded. If the proportion of the binder is ≤ 10% , the slurry or ethanol is added as a wetting agent from the feeding port. When the material is relatively sticky, it should be avoided.
4. After the granulation is completed, place the skip under the discharge port, open the discharge piston, start the stirring slurry, and discharge the wet particles. When making the next pellet, the discharge piston must remain active and conform to the spout.
5 , from the preparation, feeding granulation process, as well as the cleaning pot, should always maintain a state of ventilation.
