Temperature required for biogas fermentation
According to practical experience, the natural fermentation of manure in pigs takes 9 months to complete. The excreta produced in 1 pig for 1 year can produce biogas 28-42r130. Therefore, it is advisable to produce no more than 500 heads of sow in general-scale farms. Denmark requires 6rr13 storage urine pool for each production sow.
Biogas fermentation bacteria are basically divided into two major categories: decomposing bacteria and methanogens. Biogas anaerobic bacteria have an 8-70°C survival temperature, a high temperature fermentation temperature of 52-58°C, an intermediate temperature fermentation temperature of 32-38°C, a normal temperature fermentation temperature of 12-30°C, and a low temperature fermentation below 10°C. The fermentation temperature is 15-25°C. Note: Biogas can only be produced after a chemical reaction of the blue residue is required for the alkaline residue solution.
