Nebulizer immunization is the use of air pump to compress the air, and then through the aerosol generator to make the diluted vaccine form a certain size of atomized particles, evenly suspended in the air, with the breath into the poultry. The atomizers are divided according to the power they use, mainly electric (AC or DC) and pneumatic. Each type has a different model. In practical applications, a suitable sprayer should be selected according to the actual situation. The size of the sprayed droplets is required to meet the requirements, and the uniformity is that more than 80% of the droplet size should be within the required range. During the spraying process, pay attention to the quality of the spray. If any problem is found or if the sprayer malfunctions, stop the operation immediately and follow the instruction manual. After the process is finished, use a clean water sprayer so that the sprayer is fully dried and packaged. Take care to prevent corrosion. Do not use detergents or disinfectants to clean the inside of the container.
The suitable temperature for the immunization is 15°C-25°C, and the temperature can be lowered even more, but it is generally not required to operate at an ambient temperature lower than 4°C. If the ambient temperature is higher than 25°C, the droplets quickly evaporate and cannot enter the poultry's respiratory tract. If the sprayer is to be used for immunization in an environment higher than 25°C, it may be performed by spraying water in the poultry house to increase the relative humidity of the indoor air.
When spraying, the premises should be closed to close doors, windows and vents to reduce air flow. Open doors and windows 15 minutes to 20 minutes after spraying. If a sprayer with a diameter of 59 microns or less is used, the spray gun should be sprayed at about 30 cm above the bird's head so that a good atomization zone is formed around the bird, and the droplet particles do not settle immediately and can be suspended in space for a suitable time. .
Grow lighting can be one of the most essential factors to successful plant production in a commercial greenhouse because grow lights help to lighten shady spots and propagation areas in the greenhouse. If you are growing tropical plants, you may need to set up grow lights if the plants don't get at least eight hours of sun each day. Most crops benefit from supplemental lighting, when increased growth and quality is converted into added revenue. We provide Growing Light and complete systems for your greenhouses.
