Oleander scientific name Nerium indicum Mill. Apocynaceae woody plants. Leaves, flowers medicine; toxic. With strong diuretic, expectorant effect. Most provinces and regions in the country are distributed.

Transmission routes and pathogenic conditions The pathogens are overwintering on the diseased leaf with mycelium or with the leaves on the soil surface. Prevention methods (1) Strengthen the management of seedlings, and should not be planted too dense to clear the diseased leaves and burn them. (2) Spray 50% benomyl WP 1000 times or 25% carbendazim wettable powder 600 times and 36% thiophanate-methyl suspension 500 times in the early stage of disease.
