So, this little gem of a book? My husband stumbled upon it at a quirky little shop we visited one day, back when our oldest was just starting to get excited about the idea of having a new sibling. It wasn't long before this book turned into a fun family activity that both my daughter and I enjoyed working on together.

She was absolutely thrilled to dive into answering the questions, carefully gluing in the photos, and even adding her own artistic touches—like drawings of flowers or stick figures representing our growing family.

As the book progressed, it documented not only her excitement but also her thoughts leading up to the arrival of her little brother. There were pages dedicated to imagining what it would feel like to hold him, wondering how things would change once he arrived, and even drawing pictures of herself holding a tiny baby.

Once our son was born, the book transitioned into tracking their shared experiences during his first year. We filled out pages asking about milestones, comparing notes on who cried more, who ate faster, and other funny little details. It was such a sweet way to document their bond right from the start.

One of my favorite parts? Sneaking in some ultrasound photos. I managed to dig up old ones of our daughter’s pregnancy—turns out, they’re twins! And yes, she found them hilarious.

She loved flipping through the pages and adding her personal touches. Every time we worked on it, she'd beam with pride, especially when she got to paste in her own artwork or write something special about her brother. Now that he's a bit older, she loves showing him the book and pointing out how much he’s grown since those early days.

Signature

You know, as parents, we often forget how much kids pick up on. Watching her grow alongside her brother has been magical, and this book captures so many moments that might otherwise fade away over time. It’s become a cherished keepsake—not just for us, but for them too.
