Replace it with a new bearing; The type of tricycle may be missing grease in the steering wheel and need to be regularly added with grease; if the bearing of the steering wheel is adjusted too tightly or the gear in the steering wheel is too tightly meshed with the rack, it will also result in inflexible steering. Need to readjust. Tricycle deviation (1) If the load on the front wheel is too large, or the load on the cargo bed is on one side, the tricycle will be biased. Therefore, when the user loads the goods, the goods should be placed evenly to avoid accidents. (2) If the pressure of the front wheel is too low, the pressure difference between the right and left rear wheels will be too large, which will also cause the tricycle to run off. At this time, the front wheel pressure should be charged to a standard value of 450 kPa, the rear wheel pressure should be charged to 5 kPa, and the pressure of the two wheels should be equal. (3) The spring elasticity of the shock absorbers is not uniform or the shock absorbers are not parallel. The inconsistent working length will cause the tricycle to run off. In this case, check whether the specifications of the two springs are the same or replace the failed springs. If the shock absorbers are not parallel and the working lengths are inconsistent, they should be reinstalled. If the shafts of the shock absorbers are bent, they should be replaced until they are parallel and the working length is the same. . (4) The elasticity of the left and right leaf springs is different, which can also cause the car to run off. At this time, the leaf spring must be replaced. (5) The length of the parallel pull rod is different, and the uneven forces on both sides are also a major cause of the car's running deviation. At this time, the parallel pull rod needs to be adjusted to the same length. (6) As the frame is deformed due to a collision, tilting of the steering sleeve is caused, and the angle changes. This can also lead to deviation of the vehicle. It should be corrected at this time. If the girder is heavily twisted, it needs to be replaced with a new girder.
