System composition of reverse osmosis equipment

The reverse osmosis equipment is mainly composed of five parts, namely a pretreatment system, a reverse osmosis device, a post-treatment system, a cleaning system and an electrical control system.

The pretreatment system generally includes a raw water pump, a dosing device, a quartz sand filter, an activated carbon filter, a precision filter, and the like. Its main role is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to meet the requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be based on the specific conditions of the raw water.

The reverse osmosis device mainly comprises a multi-stage high-pressure pump, a reverse osmosis membrane element, a membrane shell (pressure vessel), a bracket and the like. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water, so that the effluent meets the requirements of use.

The aftertreatment system is an increased configuration where reverse osmosis does not meet the effluent requirements. It mainly includes one or more kinds of equipment such as an anion bed, a sun bed, a mixed bed, sterilization, ultrafiltration, and EDI. The post-treatment system can improve the effluent quality of reverse osmosis to meet the requirements of use.

The cleaning system mainly consists of a cleaning water tank, a washing water pump and a precision filter. When the reverse osmosis system is unable to meet the requirements of the contaminated effluent index, it is necessary to clean the reverse osmosis to restore its efficacy.

The electrical control system is used to control the normal operation of the entire reverse osmosis system. Including dashboards, control panels, various electrical protection, electrical control cabinets, etc.
