The method for preparing fried greens also began in the Northern Song Dynasty, and it became popular in the Ming Dynasty when the name "Lanxue" prevailed. The Daguan nobles were not "Lanxue" and did not drink, thus forming its peak period. After the founding of New China, cast snow buds were included in the Chinese famous tea.
