How to reconstruct the old straw returning station

(1) Increase the spindle speed and increase the cutter axis. Replace the active straw or driven pulley of the straw returning machine to increase the spindle speed to 1800 rpm, so that the moving blade generates more kinetic energy. In order to increase the strength and toughness of the cutter shaft and prevent the cutter shaft from increasing the rotational speed of the cutter shaft, the original φ80mm solid cutter shaft or φ114 hollow cutter shaft was replaced by a hollow cutter shaft of φ160mm and φ180mm.

(2) Reduce the number of moving knives and increase the moving blades. In order to increase the axial clearance of the moving knife, it is easy to leave a space on the casing to install a fixed knife, and the original 60 Y-type movable knife is reduced to 40 Y-type movable knife (some of the original 60 pieces of Y-type moving The knife was reduced to 41 pieces, 28 of which were Y-shaped machete and 13 were straight. The straight knife was slightly longer than the machete and was staggered with the machete. The straight knife had a small cutting resistance and could be inserted into the soil. At the same time, the original 6mm thick and 45mm wide moving blade was replaced by a moving blade quenched with 9mm thick and 70mm wide manganese steel. After reducing the number of moving knives, the moving blades are rearranged, and the original knives are divided into three sections. Each section has two spiral heads. The arrangement of three sets of blades for each busbar is changed to the even distribution of the circumference of the moving blade group.

(3) Install a fixed knife. Remove the original bar shape knife, increase the 2-3 row tooth type fixed knife, and move the knife with the tooth type fixed knife to make the straw easier to chop. Each tooth type fixed knife 20 pieces (with 40 pieces of Y-type machete) or 14 pieces (with 28 pieces of Y-type machete, straight knife is not equipped with fixed knife), a fixed knife is in the middle of a set of two Y-type machete .

(4) Install inertia wheel. A φ400 mm inertia wheel is installed at one end of the cutter shaft to increase the kinetic energy reserve and overcome the transient overload caused by the unequal straw feeding and the unit passing through the field.
