Sugar cane Scientific name Saccharum L. Gramineae Sugarcane is a perennial herb. It is an important sugar crop in China. Distributed in Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Shaanxi, Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Tibet, Hubei, Zhejiang, Hunan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Taiwan. There are more than 120 sugarcane diseases and 64 species have been found in China. Taiwan is the largest, with more than 30 kinds on the mainland.

Mainly include: pineapple disease, eye spot, maculopathy, whip smut, red rot, mosaic disease, perennial root disease.
