Adding a simple syrup made from sugar and water—or even a drizzle of agave nectar—can make all the difference. The recipe itself is pretty straightforward. You’ll need a pear, some lime juice, two avocados, coconut milk, and a touch of sweetener. Blend everything together until it’s silky smooth, pour it into molds, and freeze for a couple of hours. Voila! A refreshing snack that’s both nutritious and satisfying.
