A snowy landscape with a winding road leading into the distance
It's Sunday once again, which means it's time for one of my absolute favorites—Sunday Citar! If you're joining in, welcome. If you're curious, stick around because there's always something inspiring to be found here.

Every week, we share quotes that resonate deeply with us. Whether it’s a classic favorite, something fresh and thought-provoking, or even a snippet that made us laugh or cry, these words remind us of life's beauty and complexity.

“A work of art is above all an adventure of the mind.”
~Eugene Ionesco

This particular quote struck a chord with me, especially since I believe life itself is a grand canvas waiting to be painted. It all begins in the mind, doesn’t it? Mine is often set to “adventure mode,” seeking out those little moments that transform ordinary days into extraordinary experiences. Today, for instance, driving through the snow-covered countryside felt like stepping into a dream. The car was full, one child napping while the other watched a movie on their iPad, and the roads were slick under the tires. Yet amidst the chaos—Starbucks cups rolling around, crumbs scattered across the seats—I found myself feeling... normal. And isn’t that what makes life so rich? Those imperfect, unscripted moments that remind us we’re alive.

I’d rather embrace the mess than live in stillness any day. Thank you to everyone who left such kind comments recently—it means so much to hear that others are inspired by creating beauty in their own lives. Your words encouraged me, and I’ll carry them with me as I continue painting my own canvas today.

Life has a way of surprising us when we least expect it. One minute, you're navigating icy roads with your family, and the next, you're marveling at how those very moments become part of your story. These small, fleeting instances remind me to stay present, to savor the now, even when it feels chaotic. Because at the end of the day, isn't it the imperfections that make life worth living?

I hope you’ll take a moment to reflect on your own adventures this week. What quotes spoke to you? Which memories stand out? Share them with us—let’s celebrate the beauty in the everyday together.

Until next Sunday, keep looking for the magic in the mundane.

Ureteral Stent

A ureteral stent is a thin tube that is inserted into the ureter, which is the tube that connects the kidney to the bladder. It is typically used to treat various conditions that affect the flow of urine, such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, or blockages in the ureter.

The stent is usually made from TPU in a pigtail shape on each end to keep it in place, coming with various sizes from 4.0fr to 8.0fr for different age groups.
