Its main components are castor oil and alcohols. Its solubility is good, it is not easy to produce precipitation, no corrosion, and the expansion rate of rubber parts is small. The oil does not have these characteristics. Instead, it will cause the rubber components of the brake system to swell, which will easily cause the brake to malfunction. 6 Do not use hydraulic oil instead of oil. Hydraulic oil is the medium that transmits pressure in the hydraulic system. It has good anti-oxidation, anti-rust and anti-foam properties. It is not resistant to high temperature, generally does not contain clean dispersant. It is used as engine oil to generate paint film in the combustion chamber, it is not easy to remove. It has low flash point, strong evaporation, and poor stability after heating. It is easily deteriorated after adding crankcase; Ordinary hydraulic oil does not contain anti-wear additives, which will aggravate the wear of the friction pair. 7 Calcium-based greases and sodium-based greases cannot substitute for calcium-based greases for good water resistance, but they are not heat-resistant (use temperature should not exceed 65°C); sodium-based greases can withstand high temperatures of 100--135°C. However, poor water resistance. Should choose to use according to environmental conditions, must not be used in order to avoid reducing the effect of use. 8 Do not add oil or diesel to the grease. To reduce the viscosity of the grease, add grease to the oil or diesel oil. This grease is easy to lose, reducing the use of grease. 9 The oil must not be mixed with diesel or gear oil. In order to adjust the viscosity of the oil, add diesel oil or gear oil to the oil. This will destroy the additives in the oil, which will lead to rapid deterioration of the oil and increase wear of the friction parts. In addition, gear oil must not be blended with diesel. 10 The old engine oil must not be mixed with new engine oil. Because the old engine oil contains substances with strong oxidation ability, the new and old engine oils will accelerate the oxidative deterioration of the new engine oil, which will reduce the use effect and use time of the new engine oil.
