Production of Aloe Vera

Selection of materials. The mature, disease-free, non-invasive large leaves of the lower part of the aloe plantlet were selected. 2, peeled. Go to the net green skin and take the white leaves. 3, cut the block. Cut aloe vera leaf to a length of 20 mm, a width of 10 mm, and a thickness of 8 mm. 4, soaked lime. The proportion of lime and 0.4 kg of lime per 5 kg of aloe is used. Take the aloe leaf into the solution and soak for 10 hours. 5, graying. Wash the lime on the leaf surface of the aloe vera leaf and then soak it in fresh water. Change the water every 2 to 3 hours for a total of 6 changes. In the early stage, the water must be changed, and the later period can be slightly longer. 6, fermentation. After the aloe leaves are delimed, they are soaked in fresh water or light sugar water for 16-20 hours. The fermentation temperature is controlled at about 30°C. 7, blanching. After the fermentation, the leaves of the aloe are removed and put into the water at 100° C. for a few minutes. 8, sugar pickled. For every 5 kg of aloe meat, use 3 kg of high-quality white sugar, and add 0.2% sodium sulfite and sugar to mix well. Then add 1 layer of sugar to 1 layer of aloe vera leaf pulp, and place the aloe leaf cane glace for 48 hours. 9, candied. Put the sugar-dried aloe leaf meat into the 50% sugar solution for 8-10 minutes, and then put in 70% sugar solution to cook it until it has a clear sense of clarity. Add the appropriate amount of preservative to the aloe leaf meat after the pan. Cool with a hair dryer. 10, baking. The low-temperature baking of the candied aloe vera leaf strips (usually around 50°C) stops the baking when the moisture content drops to 17%. 11, packaging. After the finished product is cooled, it is packaged according to the degree of its shape and its color and condition. The quality of aloe vera product is: the cord is complete, the color is even and beautiful, it does not turn damp and melt, there is no mildew, and the sugar content is 75%--80%.
