Machine Broadcasting Quality Control

I. Preparation before operation

1. Perform a complete inspection and maintenance on the unit, check whether the fasteners are loosened and fastened; correct the deformed parts, and repair or replace the damaged parts; check the working length of each sort of seed wheel should be equal, and the deviation should not exceed 0.3mm; landing square shaft should be straight, axial displacement shall not exceed 4mm, crank and square shaft shall not be deformed or cracked; telescopic pole length should be the same, all splints should be located on the same level; check the seeding mechanism, found that the failure of the dial The fork should be repaired, and the seriously damaged gears, chains and sprockets should be replaced; the lubrication points should be lubricated.

2. Prepare seeds and plots. Weeds, weeds, and plastic bags should be removed from the plots. Soil moisture should meet agronomic requirements. Seeds are mechanically or artificially screened to remove impurities such as awns, spikelets, kerbs, clods, and crushed stalks to keep the seeds clean. Seeds soaked in water or potions must be air-dried and reseeded; only seeds that have germinated To achieve the degree of dew-whitening; if seeds and fertilizers are mixed, seed and fertilizer should be mixed evenly in advance.

3. Correctly select the hanging point of the seed driller to make the stand in a horizontal state. Install the moldboard on the walking wheel so that the soil on the rim can be removed in time to prevent the reduction of the broadcast volume due to the increase of the wheel diameter.

4. Select test plots for pilot planting, check whether the working status of the seeding agencies is normal, whether the seeding rate meets the agronomic requirements, observe whether the operation of each transmission mechanism is normal, and check whether the seeding depth and the cover soil thickness are appropriate, and adjust in time.

5. Accurately calculate the length of the marker. Since the driver usually uses the tractor's right front wheel to aim at the shallow grooves created by the marker, the lengths of the left and right markers are not equal when the shuttle is used for sowing. Measured from the outermost opener, the length of the left marker should be half the broadcast amplitude plus half the adjacent row spacing plus half the distance between the two front wheels of the tractor; the length of the right marker should be half the amplitude of the broadcast Add half of the adjoining row spacing and subtract half the distance between the two front wheels of the tractor. After the length of the marker is determined, field verification should be performed to confirm that the adjoining line spacing meets the requirements before formal operations can be performed.

Second, the correct use

1. When broadcasting the first line, you should select the location for the start of the broadcast. Generally, you should start broadcasting from the side of a piece of land. When the operation starts, the seeder or runners should be lowered slowly so as not to block the seed opening and damage the opener.

2. Determine the running direction of the unit according to the size of the plot, the condition of the site preparation and the model of the machine. Generally, it should be perpendicular to the direction of plowing and soil preparation. The unit should run straight and operate at a constant speed. If the unit is operating on a large slope, when the unit is planted on a downhill slope, due to the reduced flow of the seed metering device, appropriate adjustments should be made to increase the seeding rate, and vice versa. Try to avoid parking during the operation to avoid seed accumulation and ensure accurate seeding and grain spacing. Adding seeds should stop at the land and do not wait for the seeds to finish before adding.

3. When sowing, always pay attention to observe the working conditions of seed metering device, row fertilizer device and transmission mechanism. If there is any malfunction such as blockage or missed broadcast, stop the vehicle immediately to avoid ridges.

4. Always check whether the opener and the soil covering device are wrapped around grass and soil, whether the depth of the trench is the same, whether the seed is covered tightly, etc., and adjust the pressure of the telescopic rod spring according to the looseness of the soil, and find that the problem is dealt with immediately.

5. The unit must not back off when sowing. When it is necessary to reverse the vehicle, the clutch of the seed-discharging type should be cut off, and the seeder should be lifted off the ground to prevent replay and blockage of the seed-discharging port.

6. When turning the ground, open the opener quickly and cut off the power for sowing and rower. When parking in the field or in the field, the planter should be lifted and moved back a certain distance, and then the planter should be lowered to continue sowing so as to avoid replay or seedling failure.

7. When deductions must be made, the relevant activities should be pulled out; if there is no need to deduct the line, reset the activity pins.

8. During the sowing operation, the position of the seed wheel and the number of seeds in the seed box are often checked. The seeds in the seed box cannot be less than 1/3 of the seed box volume to ensure uniform seeding.

9. The seeder must not stand too much on the station, and the seed bag should not be too heavy. The loader on both sides of the seeder should be balanced. When the seeder is transferred to the plot, the seed box must not contain seeds, so as to avoid damage to the engine.

10, after sowing a class of seeds, should carefully clean the seed box and seed metering device to avoid seed mixing, and cause seeding difficulties; chemical fertilizers have a corrosive effect on the metal, should be promptly cleaned and rinsed with water after use, after drying The surface of metal parts is coated with waste engine oil to prevent rust.

11. After the operation is completed, the planter shall be inspected and maintained, and the soil and debris of each department shall be cleaned, especially the transmission mechanism and the opener part; the tightening conditions of the joints shall be inspected, and grease shall be added to each lubrication point.
