Winter sprayer nap

Store clean before storage

Most pesticides have a corrosive effect on the sprayer and should be cleaned after use. After the sprayer is deactivated, first scrub the liquid barrel, hose, spray bar, air pump and other components. Second, wash again with alkaline water (spray Bordeaux sprayer is best soaked in alkaline water for 1 to 2 hours). Finally rinse with water and dry with a cotton cloth. Avoid exposure.

Apply high-quality grease, paint rust

The detachable parts should be removed and cleaned, and the inner wall of the boom and nozzle should be washed with oil to avoid rust. Always apply high quality grease (butter) to any area where the screw is fixed or where it is frequently subjected to wear. The thin-walled iron parts can evenly paint the adjusted paint on the surface or paint off part to ensure that it will not rust for a long time.

Prevent rubber parts from sticking with oil

When applying oil rust prevention to the sprayer metal parts, care should be taken to avoid sticking oil on the rubber parts. Because rubber parts are oily, they are prone to ageing, cracking, and shortening their service life.

Store in a ventilated, dry, out of direct sunlight

Do not place the sprayer in a dark, damp corner. Do not store it in the open air. It should be placed in a ventilated, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Because many parts of the sprayer are made of rubber and plastic, these products are affected by the oxygen in the air and the ultraviolet rays in the sunlight, and are susceptible to aging and deterioration, so that the elasticity of the rubber parts is deteriorated or broken.

The spray bar breaks or sprayer cracks outside the tank to repair

Found that the spray boom breaks or cracks in the sprayer's bucket, PSI quick plastic sticks or other plastic patch repairs can be purchased. First clean up the repair site, eliminate the oil traces, and roughen the surface. Remove the gel from the fast-forming plastic in the tube and cut off the required amount. The two-color materials of the quick-made plastic colloid and the outer skin can be used by fully kneading in one color (about 1 to 2 minutes). If it is difficult to knead under low temperature conditions, the colloid can be heated to room temperature or slightly higher than room temperature.

Anti-small animal bites

Many farmer's sprayers are damaged by rats and other small animals during storage. Therefore, the sprayer should be stored in a pest-free, rodent-damaged place, and it is best to hang it on the wall in the warehouse.
