2. Individual seeding devices are not seeded. The reasons are as follows: seeding wheel clamps, loosening of the key pins, blocking of the seed tubes or plugs of the following kinds. The seed wheel should be re-tightened to remove the blockage of the seeding tube and the seed outlet.

3, uneven planting. The reasons are as follows: severe abrasion of the scraped tongue; uneven length of the external grooved wheel or loosening of the hoop; damage of the teeth of the individual seeding wheel; uneven clay on the rim of the wheel on both sides of the seeder; Humidity and miscellaneousness are too much; the speed of the crew is uneven. The scraping tongue and seed wheel should be replaced, the clamps should be fixed, the working length of the outer groove wheel should be adjusted, the scraper plate on the walking wheel should be installed, and the seeds should be cleaned.

4, broadcast different depths. The reasons are: racks, square shafts, walking wheels are deformed, individual openers, telescopic rods and arms are in poor technical condition, telescopic rods have different compression springs, and the hanging point of the drill is too high or too low. Tilt, before and after the opener into the soil depth; planter on both sides of the inappropriate adjustment of the depth, or both sides of the load is not the same; the direction of work is not appropriate or speed is too fast. Should be corrected, adjusted, correctly linked, select the appropriate direction and job speed.

5, missing broadcast. The reasons are: failures or damages of the transmission mechanisms such as the separation forks, chains, sprockets, and gears; the technical state of the planting mechanism of the planter is poor; the opener is automatically raised in the operation; improper operation, open the ditch and landed too late Or rise prematurely; the soil is too wet, excessive weeds, and clogged openers. Should promptly repair or replace the seeding mechanism and landing gear components, remove field weeds, and operate correctly.

6, replay. The reasons are as follows: lifting and opening the ditch is not timely, raising too late or landing prematurely; marking arm length is too short or imprinted; improper operation, when the block has been moved to move the locomotive, the clutch type is not cut off, or The unit’s driving route is not straight. Correctly adjust the arm length of the marker and operate it correctly.

7, seed damage. The reasons are: rusting or damage to the seeding mechanism; too close to the seeding wheel from the seeding wheel or opening too small; improper size and shape of the seed wheel; too fast operation speed and high transmission speed. The seeding mechanism shall be overhauled, the seed wheel shall be replaced, the tongues of the rows shall be adjusted, and the card seeding shall be absent when the wheel shaft rotates, and the operation speed shall be reduced and uniform operation shall be performed.

8, broadcast too shallow. The reasons for this are: insufficient opener spring pressure; deformation of the opener puller, making the entry angle smaller. The spring should be tightened to increase the opener pressure, and the opener puller should be calibrated to increase the angle of entry.

9, opener blocked. The reasons are: improper operation, planter landing too fast, re-introducing the opener into the soil; the soil is too wet. Should stop to clear the blockage, pay attention to proper planting and correct operation.

10, lax. The reasons are as follows: the angle of the earth-covering board is improper; the spring pressure of the opener is insufficient; the soil is too hard. The angle of the earth-covering plate should be adjusted. Adjusting the spring increases the opener pressure and increases the seeder counterweight.
