Yangmei soaking
Fresh bayberry after cleaning, etc. Water stains naturally dry out, and then according to the proportion of 1 pound of bayberry with 4 to 5 pounds of white wine, the wine and bayberry together into the container, and then sealed. The white wine that makes Yangmei wine must be highly alcoholic. In general, the degree of alcohol should be above 45 degrees.
Bayberry and white wine can be eaten in a closed container for about 20 days. The wine can be directly consumed, and the bayberry that has been immersed in the wine for more than 20 days can also be eaten directly. When Yangmei wine is fresh, it tastes better. For more than six months, Chen Yangmei wine has another advantage. The bayberry in Yangmei wine can survive summer heat and can also deal with diarrhea.
Frozen bayberry
Wash the fresh bayberry and put it in a plastic bag. Then seal it and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. It is best to freeze bayberry ice.
Sun dried bayberry
In a large plate or basin, enlarge the amount of fine salt and a small amount of white sugar, put the clean bayberry into it, and shake the plate constantly so that each bayberry has as much salt and sugar as possible.
Then put the bayberry with good salt and sugar in a thick food packaging bag and bury it in the soil. It lasts about 20 days or so, but it lasts for about 30 days. Then it is taken out and dried. Generally speaking, when the temperature and humidity are high, the time buried in the soil can be less.
