The plunger valve is composed of the experts of our Yida Pump & Valve Co., Ltd. for your inspection, valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, hole frame, dense ring, hand wheel and other parts (pictured). When the hand wheel rotates, the valve rod drives the plunger to reciprocate up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the opening and closing function of the valve.
In the valve, the plunger and the sealing ring adopt an interference fit. By adjusting the flange bolt in the gland, the lateral force generated by the sealing ring is sealed with the hole surface of the valve body and the outer circumference of the plunger, thereby ensuring the valve. The sealing function eliminates the internal leakage and at the same time, the valve opening moment is small, and the valve can be quickly opened and closed.
Since the sealing ring adopts a non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience and high wear resistance, it has long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable.

●The plunger valve produced by our company is tested, inspected and accepted according to zbj16006 before leaving the factory. It only needs to clean the outer surface and the cavity, and it is not necessary to remove and replace it.
●Flange plunger valve can be installed at any position. The direction of medium flow is shown by the arrow of the valve body.
● After a period of use of the seal ring, if there is wear and leakage, the valve must be closed first, then the middle flange bolt should be evenly tightened evenly so that it can be replaced at the same time. The plunger and the new seal ring should be prevented. Cracks and bruises.
● In a short time, the pipe with a large temperature difference between cold and hot may not be used.
