8. The heating pipe and the chicken fry fryer should be regularly cleaned of oil impurities and chicken frying machine to avoid affecting normal work.
9. Strictly follow the schematic diagram of the chicken fryer circuit diagram. The outer casing must be grounded. The front section of the main power cord must be connected to the circuit breaker. It is strictly forbidden to contact the electrical components.
10. In the course of work, if you put in food with a large water content or load too much food at a time, it will boil. Be careful not to burn it with high temperature oil.
11. When the water level in the chicken fry fryer is too high, the excess water must be removed through the oil drain valve to prevent the occurrence of oil.
12. The chicken fry fryer setting temperature should be lower than 230 °C, and the power must be cut off when the operator leaves.
13. The chicken fry fryer should be maintained at least once a month, and the heating pipe should remove the surface contaminants in time.
