1. Status of rice

Rice is the largest grain crop in China with the largest total yield and the highest yield. It has a dominant position in national food production and national economy. For a long time, most farmers have been limited to NPK in rice fertilization. The use of elements, especially the application of nitrogen fertilizer, has a serious impact on the environment and farmland ecological environment, which restricts the increase of rice yield to a certain extent. Therefore, in order to ensure the increase of rice yield and quality, it is necessary to pay attention to balance. 2. Experimental methods and materials

2.1 Selection of experimental materials

The experiment was carried out in a rice demonstration planting base in Huangying Township, Lishui County. The soil in the test site was loam with a texture between clay and sand. The contents of soil p H value, organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were 7.6, 24.31g/kg, 1.23g/kg, 76.12mg/kg, 22.23mg/kg and 122.41mg/kg, respectively. The rice variety is Lianjing No.11, and the trace element fertilizer is selected from the seed dressing king + Zenggenwang No. 1 series produced by Dongguan Shenghuawei Enterprise. As a seed coating agent, seed dressing can significantly improve the utilization efficiency of nutrients in rice seeds, accelerate the germination of seed germs, promote the growth of rice roots, significantly improve the absorption capacity of rice, and improve the photosynthesis ability of rice seedling leaves. Ensure that rice grows strong, grows vigorously, and improves nutrient utilization. The ingredients of Zenggenwang No. 1 are mainly trace elements, and the contents of manganese, zinc and root-promoting agents are not less than 3%, 7% and 0.1%, respectively. After foliar application, it can promote root growth and improve nutrient utilization.

2.2 Test methods

In this experiment, a total of 4 treatment areas were set up, and each treatment was repeated 3 times. The randomized area group was designed. The first treatment area was the seeding king + 15 ml/mu of the root-promoting No. 1, and the second treatment area was seed dressing. Wang + 30ml / mu of the root of the king No. 1, the third treatment area is the seed king +45ml / acre of the root Wang No. 1, the fourth treatment area set to the control group does not use the above series of trace element fertilizer. 3. Results

3.1 Effects of trace element fertilizers on various traits of rice

Through the analysis of the data in Table 1, it was found that the use of trace element fertilizer can increase the number of kernels, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight, but the difference between the four treatment areas is not obvious. It can be seen that the use of trace element fertilizer will not be correct. each impact characteristics of rice, to improve various characteristics of rice production, as shown in table 1 in detail.

3.2 Effect of trace element fertilizer on rice yield

According to the analysis of the data in Table 2, the rice yield of the micro-element fertilizer treatment group was higher than that of the fourth group, but the difference between the first group and the fourth group was not obvious, and the second group had the highest yield, which was 782.21 per mu. kg. Followed by the third group, which is 762.21 kg per mu. It can be seen, micronutrient fertilizer without prejudice to the various production traits of rice, can increase production, it has a high value in rice production. 4. Discussion

The use of trace element fertilizers in rice production will not affect the production characteristics, and at the same time increase the grain number per panicle, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight. However, during the operation, we found that the use of trace element fertilizers has an upward trend in the hazard of rice granules, but is generally lower than the fourth treatment area. At the same time, the use of trace element fertilizers can also effectively increase rice yield. Three groups with respect to the fourth group increase respectively mu 22.22 kg, 184.44 kg and 164.44 kg, per mu yield the second and third groups were not significant, and fourth sets of significant differences, the rate of increase was 3.72% and 30.85 % and 27.51%.

In summary, the use of trace element fertilizers can increase the final yield of rice, and the yield increase effect is obvious. In the production process, it can be used according to the dosage of the king of seed dressing +30ml/mu, which can increase the yield.
