Abstract : The adhesion of the ink layer of the soft plastic packaging using the surface printing process on the surface of the packaging bag is an important factor related to whether the printing writing and the pattern are easy to fall off. 4 , testing equipment

4.1 Test principle

The basic principle of this test is to stick the adhesive tape that meets the requirements on the ink printing surface of the sample, and roll the adhesive tape and the sample stuck together with the standard load, the number of rolling times and the rolling speed, and place a section. After the time, the sample and the adhesive tape were peeled off under a certain pressure to check the peeling of the ink layer on the surface of the sample, thereby analyzing the bonding fastness of the printed layer of the sample.

4.2 Scope of application

(1) The testing equipment involved in this paper can be used for the test of the bonding strength of the ink layer of plastic film printed matter, cellophane printed matter, etc., and can also be used for the aluminum plating of vacuum aluminum plating film, coating film and the like. 4.3 Equipment parameters

  • The quality of the pressure roller, the thickness of the attached rubber, and the hardness are designed in strict accordance with national standards, effectively ensuring the accuracy and versatility of the test data.

5 , the test process

(1) Paste the adhesive tape on the printed surface of the sample to be tested.

(2) The above sample was placed on a belt press roll and rolled back and forth three times for 10 minutes .

(3) One end of the sample is clamped on the A disk ( the disk with a larger diameter ) , and the tape of the outcrop is fixed on the B disk.

(4) Start the disc peel tester, and the A disc uncovers the tape at a speed of 0.8 m/s .

(5) Remove the sample, cover the tested portion of the sample with a translucent milligram paper, and count the number A 1 of the ink layer and the number A 2 of the ink layer at the detachment .

(6) Calculate the ink layer bonding fastness [A 1 /(A 1 +A 2 )] .

6 , test results

The ink layer of the sample appeared to fall off, and the ink layer bonding fastness tested was 96% .
