Sterilization process
30L stainless steel fermenter (manual sterilization) BLBIO-30SJ
Stainless steel standard tank sterilization steps:
note! One : Please carefully check the joints of the pipeline before sterilizing to ensure that the pipeline installation is complete and reasonable. Second: Check whether the various interfaces, plugs, wire ports and fastening bolts on the tank are installed properly and reasonably. Three: Prepare air, steam, cooling water, etc. Four: Turn off all actions on the device, you can decide if you need to turn on the agitation as needed. (Or can open the automatic sterilization in the sterilization process) 5: In the sterilization process, you need to pay attention to the real-time status of each pressure gauge to ensure that the tank pressure and jacket pressure can not exceed 0.3MPa.
1: Close all steam valves (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4) before opening the steam main valve.
2: Close valve PA3 (but keep the flow meter open to ensure air in the intake line.) Close the SD2 valve.
3: First open the exhaust valve VT1, open the jacket drain valve BD1 again, and finally open the jacket into the steam valve LS2. Preheat the medium by steam heating the jacket. (Note that at the beginning, the BD1 valve can be fully opened. When the condensate in the jacket is emptied, adjust the BD1 valve appropriately to maintain a certain pressure in the jacket, but not more than 0.3MPa)
4: Close the air inlet valve PA4, open the filter drain valve BD4 and the drain valve BD3, and finally open the steam inlet valve LS1. (Be careful to adjust the opening of the steam valve and the drain valve to keep the pressure in the filter steady.)
5: When the tank temperature exceeds 100 °C, the opening degree of the exhaust valve VT1 is appropriately adjusted to ensure the tank pressure, but it cannot be completely closed.
6: Open the steam valve LS3, F1, sterilize the sampling valve; open the steam valve LS4, F3 to sterilize the tank bottom valve. (If necessary, when the tank temperature reaches 115 °C or 121 °C, S1 and F2 can be opened to completely sterilize the sampling valve and the tank bottom valve, but care should be taken to adjust the opening of the steam valves LS3 and F1 to prevent generation. Pour phenomenon
7: When the tank temperature reaches 115 ° C or 121 ° C, open the valve PA4 to allow steam to enter the tank. (The steam pressure into the tank must be greater than 0.11 MPa.)
8: When the temperature reaches 121 ° C, keep it for 30 minutes or extend the time or reduce the time as needed. (At this time, the opening degree of the steam inlet valve and the exhaust valve can be appropriately adjusted, and the tank pressure is maintained at about 0.11 MPa or more, but not more than 0.3 MPa.)
9: When the heat preservation is finished, the valves S1, F2, F1, F3 are closed in turn. Next, close all steam valves LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4 and BD1 valves. The intake valve PA3 is opened for the first time, the exhaust valve VT1 is adjusted, and the PA4 is opened. (At this point, care must be taken to ensure that the pressure inside the filter and tank is greater than the external environment).
10: When the tank temperature drops to 115 ° C, open the valve SD2, (note that there may be a popping sound at this time) manually open the cooling valve in the program to maintain intermittent water inlet cooling.
11: When the tank temperature drops to 95 ° C, the filter drain valve BD4 and the drain valve BD3 are closed. Turn on the temperature control mode in the program or turn off the automatic control mode in the sterilization program to cool the tank.
12: When the tank temperature reaches the set temperature, it is ready to start the fermentation mode, and the sterilization is finished.
Food-derived peptide is a new type of protein hydrolyzed product made from edible protein through enzymatic hydrolysis, separation and purification. Food-derived peptides come from a wide range of sources. According to the source of protein raw materials, they can be divided into animal-derived protein peptides and plant-derived protein peptides. Food-derived peptides come from a wide range of sources. According to the source of protein raw materials, they can be divided into animal-derived protein peptides and plant-derived protein peptides [1] . Food-derived peptides are divided into food-derived oligopeptides (molecular weight less than 1 000 Da) and food-derived polypeptides (molecular weight greater than 1 000 Da) according to their relative molecular mass distribution (referred to as molecular weight). Animal protein peptides are more researched on milk protein peptides, marine fish protein peptides, collagen peptides and egg white protein peptides; plant protein peptides are more researched on soybean peptides, corn peptides, wheat peptides, etc.we have Orange Juice Powder,Apple Juice Powder,Mulberry Juice Powder,Blackberry Juice Powder,Seabuckthom Juice Powder, organic garlic powder, organic sea-buckthorn fruit powder,Pomegranate Juice Powder.
