4, ground connection: use 2M long, ф20MM steel or steel pipe into the underground below 1.5M, (zui choose wet place or pour salt water around the ground) and then connect the computer and the press casing, The grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω.

Second, environmental conditions:

The studio is dry and clean, room temperature 20±5°C, no strong electromagnetic interference, no corrosive medium (outdoor dusty unit is recommended for laboratory windows with double glazing)

Third, safety testing

1. When the sensor signal value of the press control interface fluctuates greatly, check whether the ground contact of the computer main unit is good.

2. When the constant load value line fluctuates greatly during the fixed load 50KN test, check whether the ground contact of the press main machine is good.

3. The oil level in the fuel tank should be checked regularly. If the oil is not enough, add 46# hydraulic oil. The correct oil level should be no less than 75% of the total fuel tank.
