Foreword

The problem of aging and empty nests in today’s society is becoming more and more serious. Medical care for the elderly has become an urgent social problem. According to ABI's survey data, about 30 million wireless wearable devices were used in mobile medical care in 2012, an increase of 37% over 2011. In terms of mobile system platform, Android system is a free and open source intelligent device system launched by Google. It is the fastest growing and highest market share intelligent device system. The medical monitoring system based on mobile platform is an important research direction. This paper studies the medical monitoring system based on Android, so that patients, especially those with diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure, can monitor their bodies at any time without leaving home. health status.

First, the system structure

The Android-based medical monitoring system needs to comprehensively use modern data communication technology and database technology, combined with the requirements of modern emergency medical specifications, and design the system architecture according to the principle of resource integration and information integration and sharing. The system is mainly divided into data acquisition subsystem and data analysis and alarm subsystem.

1.1 Acquisition subsystem. The data acquisition subsystem mainly uses Bluetooth technology and communication gateway technology to realize the collection and transmission of physiological information, and analyzes the data through the communication protocol. The wearable device is used to collect the physiological information of the human body, and the data is parsed through the same communication protocol, so that the Android device can recognize the information. The structure of the subsystem is shown in FIG. 1 .

1.2 Data analysis and alarm subsystem. The data analysis and alarm subsystem mainly uses database technology, communication technology, etc. to collect the user's physiological information and equipment information, realize real-time monitoring mechanism, and send the user's physiological information to the local data analysis and storage system, and receive the processed data back. For the user, the data analysis part is mainly responsible for the analysis of the data, and saves the data to the Android device, and determines whether to enable the alarm subsystem based on the analysis result. Data analysis requires application decision support system (IDSS) technology to perform various analyses and decisions, such as user behavior analysis, health trend prediction, and so on. If the user's physical condition data is abnormal, the alarm part automatically sounds an alarm to remind the patient to take corresponding measures. If the situation is serious, the alarm information is automatically sent to the 120 emergency center. The module uses communication technology and GPS positioning technology to achieve accurate positioning and remote alarm mechanism. The subsystem structure is shown in Figure 2.

Second, the main development technology

2.1 Bluetooth communication design. The physiological information collected by the wearable device is connected with the Bluetooth of the Android smart device through the Bluetooth chip to realize short-distance, flow-free data transmission. This article uses the Android system and Eclipse tools for development, Android smart devices have Bluetooth devices, while Android provides the relevant Bluetooth API. To use the Bluetooth function in the Android system, you must declare the usage rights in androidManifest.xml. The implementation process is shown in Figure 3.
