There are two methods for fermenting soy flour into amino acid foliar fertilizer (liquid state) by using microbial fermentation agent, one of which is fermentation in a fermentation tank or shaker, which can be called “the ocean methodâ€; the other is the use of Cement pool or large cylinder, adjust the air, temperature, moisture, artificial accumulation and fermentation method, can be called "simple method", also can be called "soil method", the use of soil method is wider.
The summary of the operation procedure of the simple accumulation fermentation method is as follows:
1. Prepare the container. First prepare the cement tank or vat for fermentation.
2, prepare raw materials. The weight of fermented soy flour was weighed and its moisture content was measured. The general moisture content was 12%.
3, the amount of bacteria. Press, 1:100 ratio, that is, 100 kg of soybean powder, mix 1 kg of golden treasure microbial fermentation agent, must be stirred evenly, this process can be called microbial inoculation.
4, the material added water. Add sweet and sour water to the soybean meal after inoculation with the inoculant (How to make sweet and sour water: convert 5% brown sugar water and 3% rice vinegar to the required amount of water), and adjust the moisture content of the soy flour material To 55-60%. Adjustment method: Because 100 kg of soy flour with a water content of 12% itself carries about 12 kg of water, plus 48 kg of sweet and sour water, the total water content is about 50 kg.
5, place the bacteria. The soy flour material that will adjust the moisture content will naturally be left for 12 hours. This process may be called "settling bacteria."
6, start the fermentation. Transfer the naturally placed material to be fermented to the cement pool or large cylinder for accumulation and fermentation. In order to ensure ventilation, the accumulated thickness is generally not more than 50. After the accumulation is completed, cover with gauze or plastic cloth, and pay attention to insulation, moisturizing, and cleaning.
After the start of fermentation, the fermentation temperature of 7-10 days should be maintained at 20-25°C. When the accumulative fermentation temperature reaches 300-400°C, it can be turned over once. Immediately after turning, the cover is covered and the fermentation is continued until it accumulates. When the fermentation temperature reaches above 600°C (20-25 days), the fermentation material forms a block, the odor disappears, the fermentation can be stopped, the fermentation material can be turned in time, and dried one day (water content is 40-45%);
7, soaking extract. The dried fermented material was transferred to a container and soaked in 5% brown sugar to extract amino acid water. Soaking ratio is 1 kg soy flour plus 5% brown sugar water 5 kg, soaking time is 5-15 days, soaking is completed (no odor, dark brown liquid), the amino acid water should be extracted with a vacuum pump in time, good packaging, in the shade Keep it at your office.
