2. Before use, add oil to the oiling station, then carry out no-load operation, check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the electrical is normal, whether the machine is working properly, and if there is any abnormality, carry out renovation and debugging.
3. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover for feeding, the feeding amount should not exceed the specified volume, then close the feeding cover, start the machine to run, if abnormality is found on the way, it must be stopped for inspection.
4, how to use:
In the case of strip operation, first open the mixer feed port and confirm whether the discharge port is closed, and put a specified amount of material into the V-type hopper according to the process control requirements. After the feeding is completed, in order to prevent the material from flowing out during the mixing, the feeding port should be closed and locked. Next is the time when the machine works. Turn on the power button, rotate the stop button to the left, start the reverse button of the mixer, and adjust the motor speed to 600r/min for the product to be mixed at the specified speed. Maintenance matters:

3. The lubrication of the reducer is oil-immersed. The oil storage capacity must be kept on the oil mark line, and the oil quality must be kept clean. If it is used frequently, it must be changed every three months. When replacing, the gear unit should be removed and cleaned, and new oil should be added.
4. The control parts of the mixer electrical equipment should be kept clean and sensitive, and the fault should be repaired in time.
5. When using once or stopping work, the remaining materials in the V-shaped barrel should be taken out and the residual powder in each part of the machine should be brushed. If the deactivation time is long, the V-type mixer must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
6. When the V-type bucket is assembled and disassembled, it should be lightly disassembled, stabilized and placed gently to avoid deformation damage.
