[recommended method]
1. Ensure that fresh tissue is free of fungal, bacterial, or mycoplasma contamination and remove excess tissue and blood from fresh tissue to be preserved.
2. If the sample is a substantial tissue, first trim the tissue block to a size of 0.5 cm wide by 0.5 cm thick. After estimating the sample volume, take at least 10 volumes of the product and soak the tissue in it; if the sample has a vessel Tube structure, first flush the lumen with this product and then fully infiltrate the product.
3. The product should be pre-cooled to 2~8 °C before use. The biological sample should be tested and kept at 2~8 °C during transportation and storage.
4. The product contains antioxidants to prevent subsequent experiments from being interfered with by antioxidants. Wash tissue samples thoroughly with saline or phosphate buffer.
