1. Distribution of medical equipment tenders

The medical equipment tendering area is concentrated in South China and East China. According to Figure 1, Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Beijing, Shandong, Hebei, Yunnan, Shanghai and Chongqing rank among the top 10.

2. Medical device tendering product category

In 2014, medical device bidding mainly relied on medical equipment , accounting for 83%, but the proportion of medical consumables increased by 4 points compared with 2013 (Figure 2). This is because in 2014, various provinces began to purchase high-value medical consumables in provinces, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Fujian, Anhui, etc., but in 2013, only the city-based pilots were launched; Henan Province also Since January 1, 2015, we have started to purchase high-value medical consumables online. It is expected that the proportion of medical consumables will further increase in 2015.

3. Main product rankings for medical device bidding

According to the frequency of bidding for major medical device products in 2014, we can see color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, DR, hospital bed, automatic biochemical analyzer, CT, monitor, oral equipment, ventilator, hemodialysis system, x-ray Machines and ophthalmic equipment are the top 10 products with the highest frequency of bidding, but compared with 2013, the frequency of bidding for some products has dropped significantly, such as beds, ventilators and monitors. According to the TOP20 (Table 1) of the frequency of bidding for major medical device products in 2014, we commented on the TOP3 variety of bidding frequency growth rate.
