According to different types of couplings, corresponding methods can be used to mate the coupling of the coupling and the motor: when the quality of the hammers is not uniform, each hammer must be re-allocated so that the hammers can be weighed to make the hammers symmetrical. When replacing, it should be replaced symmetrically; abnormal sounds appearing in the operation of the crusher should be stopped immediately to check the cause and deal with the cause in time. (7) The connection between the crusher system and other equipment does not match. For example, improper connection of feeding pipes and discharge pipes may cause vibration and noise. Therefore, these joints are not suitable for hard joints, and soft joints are preferred. 2. Bearing overheating Bearing is a more important accessory on the crusher. Its performance directly affects the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment. During the operation of the equipment, the user must pay special attention to the temperature rise of the bearing and the noise in the bearing area. Abnormalities should be handled as soon as possible. (1) The unevenness of the two bearing seats, or the misalignment of the rotor of the motor and the rotor of the pulverizer, will cause the bearing to be subjected to an additional load and cause the bearing to overheat. In this case, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately to eliminate the malfunction so as to avoid early damage to the bearing. (2) too much, too little or too much oil in the bearing is also the main cause of bearing damage due to overheating, therefore, according to the use of the book required to fill the oil quantitatively on time, the general lubrication of bearing space accounted for 70% - 80%, too much or too little, is not conducive to bearing lubrication and heat transfer. Bearings extend their service life. (3) The bearing cover and the shaft are too tightly fit, and the bearing and the shaft are too tight or too loose to cause the bearing to overheat. Once this kind of problem occurs, frictional sounds and obvious oscillations will be emitted during the operation of the equipment. Remove the bearing when it is time to stop. Trim the area and reassemble as required. 3. Plugging of the crusher The plugging of the crusher is one of the common failures in the use of the crusher. There may be problems in the design of the organic crusher, but more is due to improper use of the crusher. (1) Feeding speed is too fast, load increases, causing blockage. During the feeding process, it is necessary to pay attention to the deflection angle of the ammeter pointer at any time. If the rated current is exceeded, it indicates that the motor is overloaded and overloaded for a long time and the motor will be burned out. This situation should be immediately reduced or closed the material gate, you can also change the way feed, by adding feeders to control the amount of feed. There are manual and automatic feeders. The user should select a suitable feeder according to the actual situation. Due to the high speed of the crusher, the load is large and the fluctuation of the load is strong. Therefore, the current during the operation of the shredder is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current. (2) Poor discharge of the discharge pipe or plugging of the feed too fast will clog the tuyere outlet. Improper matching with the conveying equipment will result in weakening of the discharge pipe or blocking of the air after it has no wind. After detecting a fault, it is necessary to clear the delivery port and change the unmatched conveying equipment to adjust the feeding amount so that the equipment can operate normally. (3) Hammer fragments, aging, mesh holes closed, broken, crushing the material will cause the crusher to plug. The broken and severely aged hammers should be regularly updated to maintain a good working condition of the crusher, and the screens should be regularly inspected. The moisture content of the crushing materials should be less than 14%. This will not only increase the production efficiency, but also prevent the crusher from clogging.
