Main structure and working principle
The machine has single-channel and double-channel models. working principle:

The motor is driven by the V-belt to rotate the rotor part at a high speed. The fruit is fed from the feeding port machine, and the feeding blade is screwed to the beating bar. Under the action of the beating bar, the material is smashed. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and meat in the material (slurry) pass through the sieve hole in the sieve to enter the next process, and the core is discharged from the slag blade to the slag outlet, thereby realizing automatic separation of the slag.

The motor is driven by a V-belt to rotate the squeegee mounted on the spline shaft at a high speed. When the broken fruit enters the machine through the feeding port, the squeegee disc distributes the material evenly between the squeegee and the screen. Due to the rotating action of the scraper and the presence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder toward the outlet end, and the moving trajectory is spiral, and the material is subjected to centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen. Scrubbing, juice and fleshy (slurry) pass through the screen from the sieve to the next process (the double-channel beater repeats the above process), and the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve automatic separation. . As long as the screen of different specifications is changed and the lead angle of the scraper is adjusted, different beating speeds can be changed, and satisfactory results are obtained.
