Solvent Recovery-Industry Denitration Process for Paraffin Wax

      In leaching workshop,when tail vapour is ejected ,there is still solvent vapour by condensation method ,freezing method is also difficult for solvent recovery.If let it out directly to the air,the solvent consumption will be increased and at the same time environment will be polluted and cause hidden danger .Paraffin wax is characteristic of high solubility and high absorbing rate of organic solvent (such ad hexane etc.) Our company 's packed absorber use advanced cloth-liquid method ,larger surface area and higher gap for the material .According to the oil company 's practical situation ,empty tower will be made with suitable air rate and diameter ,matched up with higher spray density ,thus gas and solvent can contact fully .The absorber is made of stainless steel which is uneasy to broke ,the wight is light also corrosion preventive.The tower body is easy to clean and maintain.Paraffin wax condenser and heat exchanger use the stainless steel board-like heat exchanger which has small area,high efficiency and beautiful layout.
