The automatic cap torque meter XGY-02 puts the sample on the capping force measuring instrument, and fixes the sample bottle body and the bottle cap to the specially fabricated jig, and the bottom end of the jig is fixed in the test box body. On the torque sensor, the bottle body is driven by the automatic rotation of the bottle cap, thereby causing the torque sensor to react to test the torque value required for the bottle cap to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The operation steps of the automatic cap torque meter are as follows:
(1) Loosen the bolts at both ends of the beam and adjust the position of the beam so that the cap holder can be freely moved after the sample is placed;
(2) Fixing the prepared bottom of the sample with the anti-theft cap on the rotating disc at the lower end;
(3) The cap holder clamp is loosened to the size suitable for the cap, the cap holder is lightly placed on the anti-theft cap, and the sample holder is lightly held so that the gripper can hold the cap as much as possible part;
(4) Tighten the cap holder and check if the cap and bottle are vertical at this time;
(5) Enter the parameter setting interface, set the break type judgment value (default is 50.00%) and the rotation direction;
(6) Enter the test interface, press the [Test] button, the rotary disk starts to rotate, and the bottle cap is slowly unscrewed;
(7) The interface displays the real-time curve and the force value. When the real-time force value drops to 50.00% of the maximum force value, the test ends;
(8) Repeat the sample (2)-(7) for the next experiment, and each experiment can do up to ten experiments;
(9) After the test is completed, press the [OK] key, the test status shows statistics, and all the test times of the group can be counted and saved. At this time, the test number is automatically changed. Press the [Print] key to print the experimental results of this group;
