Highly efficient propagation of hybrid squid in spring

First, choose a good broodstock. Choose a healthy, broodstocked, healthy broodstock. Females should choose more than 3 years of age, weight generally 3-5 kg; male choice of 2 years or more, weight 1.5-2 kg can be. In the non-breeding season, females and males need to be reared in ponds for management, especially to avoid premature spawning of some mature broodstock when they are in male and female ponds. Generally, about 50 female fish per acre and about 100 male fish are fed regularly, fixed-point, quantitative feed (such as peanut bran, soybean, corn, etc.) every day, and the general feeding amount is 2-3% of the brood body weight. Normally, it is also possible to properly feed fermented pigs and chicken droppings, and also to inject new water frequently to keep the water fresh, reduce disease, and promote gonad development.
Second, the breeding of carp. In spring, when the water temperature rises above 18°C, breeding and hatching can be carried out. Before the squid pairing, prepare the spawning and hatching ponds. The size of the two ponds depends on the number of broodstocks. The incubator pond is best built on the leeward sunny side. Both ponds have been thoroughly cleared with drugs. In order to kill natural enemies and wild fish, the pond edge grass should be cleared and no base fertilizer should be used to keep the water quality fresh. After doing a good job on the water, you can draw a net to set up a pro-fish pond to pick and breed the broodstock, but also pay attention to the “weather forecast”. If there is a cold air invasion in a few days, do not pull the net. Select the mother of the abdomen to expand and soft and elastic fish breeding, according to male and female ratio 1:5 into the spawning pond. Set up fish nests at the inlet of fish ponds, use bamboo rafts to form a square, depending on the size of the broodstock, and put a clean and sterilized root-developed water hyacinth in the middle to form a fish nest. Inject new water every day to stimulate broodstock oestrus. After spawning, the eggs of water hyacinth are sterilized to reduce the incidence of watery mildew. Disinfection and then transferred to the hatching hatchery ready to reduce the trouble of turning the fish seedlings, eggs can be laid around 300,000 per acre.
Third, the hatching of fish eggs and fry cultivation. After the fish eggs are placed in the hatchery pond, if there is rainy weather or cold air, the eggs can be covered with rice straw or film or the water depth can be increased accordingly. The filming time of fry is generally about 7 days, with the temperature slightly advanced or delayed. After the fry have the swimming ability, they will take out the fish nest again, but they must pay attention to cleaning the water hyacinth to prevent the fry from clearing with the fish nest. The fry can be fed with some soymilk or fermented peanut bran 3-5 days after filming, and about 2 kg per acre is splashed on the whole pool. As the fry grows up, it can be gradually poured with feces or fed chicken or pig manure. At the same time, in order to improve the swimming of the fry, daily use branches to drag the pond 1-2 times. Every morning, observe that there are no floating heads in the fry. If there is any, you should re-inject new water, or divide the pond to reduce the density after no floating head. Generally, put 10-20 million tails per acre. Gradually raise 10 cm deep fresh water every week. As the fry grows, the fry can be sold gradually.
