Flexible packaging pasteurization machines require water-bath sterilization of some packaged products in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. After being sterilized by the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt is brought into the cooling box to be evenly cooled, thereby achieving the sterilization requirement of the product. Pasteurization machine operation steps:

1. Turn on the power. The equipment is a three-phase four-wire, one of which has a two-color line of zero line (please ask the professional to work on the connection line to prevent damage to the equipment).

2. Turn on the power switch, set the temperature setting temperature to press SET, press the right button to adjust the number of digits to be adjusted, press the up and down keys to set the specific value, and press SET to confirm.

3. Turn on the sterilization switch, the equipment starts to heat up, and the temperature will automatically stop after the temperature rises to the set value. The temperature will drop and heat up automatically during the working process.

4. After the temperature rises to the set value, open the mesh belt to start running and sterilize.

5. The running speed of the mesh belt is adjusted by the inverter inside the electrical box. The knob rotates clockwise to increase the speed, and vice versa.

Precautions for the use of pasteurizers:

1. After the work is finished every day, the equipment should be cleaned.

2. The oil level and oil quality of the reducer should be checked every month. If necessary, the oil used for refueling or oil change operation is No. 32 turbine oil.

3. When the equipment is moved and rewired, the steering of the motor should be confirmed. If it is reversed, any two phases of the three-phase power will be reversed.

Pasteurization machine maintenance and maintenance

1. Always check the temperature meter and each valve.

2. It is found that the valve should be replaced in time.

3. When it is not used for a long time, the pipeline should be cleaned and the accumulated water should be drained to prevent the cold from freezing and damaging the equipment (especially the water in the pump).

4. Clean the water tanks regularly to avoid affecting the spray effect of the nozzles.

5. Regularly replace the oil of each reducer.

6. Maintenance of each reducer and pump is in accordance with its instructions.
